Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness I really appreciate the communication that JACS allows. In the past, if there was something I felt like was "missing" from my house cleaning experience I felt like the bad guy saying that something was wrong with the cleaning. With JACS I get to rate every cleaning and add in notes if I felt something was missing. Basically, JACS feels very open to receive positive and negative feedback to make sure your experience with them is top notch and what YOU are wanting. They use an amazing vacuum cleaner and my carpets feel and smell so fresh. They have organic cleaning options (its an up charge, but still an awesome option.) They also have this awesome app, where you can simply add "services" to your regular cleaning service-- like do all the laundry or clean the inside of the fridge. We also had a misunderstanding- and because of it they (without me asking) deducted $15 off my cleaning. I have always been a "just find someone to clean my house person" but JACS has proven to be much better. I highly recommend using them.

I was glad i called this company. I was a little nervous because my last experience with a cleaning service was not great. The customer service was great. They took lots of time giving me many options. I could tell they were here to serve me and not just to make a buck. I got the exact day and time that worked best for me. The cleaner was on time, listened to me and did a great job. He stayed busy the entire two hours, and did a great job. Very reasonably and thorough i thought. i am already planning my next cleaning in just over two weeks. I am busy and do not do a review often. just saying.
